SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our policies on shipping and delivery.

All the orders are shipped between Mondays to Friday from 9am to 3pm and may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained the item will be held by the delivery company and require customer to arrange a re-delivery or pick up. Mat on Guard Limited does not take any responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.

We cannot change the delivery address once the order is dispatched. We ship to business and residential addresses however cannot deliver to PO BOX numbers. Your parcel will be given a tracking number which you can request from us once your parcel has been shipped; it is then the customer’s responsibility to track their items. To learn about the shipping cost select your destination in the drop down menu on the shopping cart page and shipping charges will automatically appear.

Destinations

We normally only ship within the UK, however, we are happy to ship worldwide, in these instances please contact us at enquiries@matonguard.co.uk prior to order placement. We ship to both business and residential addresses. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Delivery times

Standard delivery UK deliveries take between 3-4 days. If you wish to have it delivered faster choose the Express or Next Day delivery where applicable at the checkout. If you have any question in regard to shipping email us on enquiries@matonguard.co.uk

Please note Mat on Guard Limited cannot be held liable for delays occurred at destination country custom clearance.

Insurance

Mat on Guard Limited insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We may require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (e.g. gifts) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Mat on Guard Limited and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Transfer of title

Once delivery of the goods has been made the title of the goods is passed to you. If we deliver a gift for you at a third party address, the signature obtained from the delivery address is considered proof of delivery and transfer of title ownership.

Taxes / VAT

Prices on the website are shown including and also excluding of UK VAT. To those countries outside of the EU we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We are unable to advise the amount this may be, as they change from country to country and from time to time. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Mat on Guard Limited Ltd cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty and the recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Please be aware that if the items shipped were returned because the recipient is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes/ import duties, the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package, we are unable to refund shipping charges, custom charges and any return charges incurred by Mat on Guard Limited.
