Peace of mind and excellent service
This is an excellent product and they have fabulous customer service who help with any issues you may have. It provides peace of mind when caring for someone who might wander. They have been nothing but reassuring and kind. If you are in the middle of a care situation they are definitely a friendly voice on the end of the phone.

Pressure mat
Thus product does exactly what it has been purchased for. If any pressure is put on the mat it emits an alarm. In turn this alerts the carer when the patient is out of bed and therefore can ensure their safety when mobile.

Excellent customer service
I bought this product for my elderly mother and it worked very well for the few weeks she used it. Unfortunately she had to go into residential care so it sat unused in her house for 3 months until I passed it on to a friend. Unfortunately it wouldnt work so I messaged Mat on Guard who replied immediately and referred my friend to their engineer who was actually on holiday but sorted it for her. Reliable pressure mat gives us total peace of mind
I bought Mat-on-Guard for a relative with dementia who had recently fallen in the night. This product has given us and the carers complete peace of mind. It is totally reliable and the alarm signal goes of as soon as a foot or pressure is put on the mat next to the bed. We use it in the evening and through the night. We have both receivers so that if you move around in the house you can take the portable receiver with you in a pocket….. This has been a life changer for us as the evenings and nights are way more relaxed. We have been using the mat for about 2 months now and can totally recommend this product. [shortened]

Very usefull product!
We have someone who is blind and on a very few occasions does slip off the bed, this floor mat is great as it will contact the awake staff that he is on the floor.

Effective and easy to use
This has given us an extra sense of security during the night when a loved one with Alzheimer’s comes to stay. It is easy to place at the point you would be nervous for an individual to enter or leave and because the alarm is with you it doesn’t upset or frighten the other party.

Very useful product…
Very useful product for my elderly father. He has a live in carer who is easily notified if my Dad attempts to get out of bed but forgets to call for help , as he is unable to stand and walk without assistance. This has saved him from falling and injuring himself. Would recommend to others in a similar situation.

A reliable honest company
I purchased an expensive item for my elderly mother. They provide good quality products, with a speedy service and response. I had a small issue with a product, which was promptly sorted.
